  Library scan does not update artist change

Bug description:
  I have modified the artist tag outside Banshee (with EasyTAG) on items
  already in my Banshee library

  Upon rescanning the library in Banshee the tag changes are not
  reflected in the DB

  Banshee 2.0.1
  Ubuntu 11.04
