I've just received from you . You told me about how to get the .crash file.
But I tried and encountered some trouble.
I can't find the .crash file, there is no .crash files in /var/crash/, could
you please help me find it?

Bug description:
  The error is a Segmentation fault. here is the messages printed to the
  console
