  "Reinstall Previous Purchases" shows empty screen and traceback

Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk r2217, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. Launch USC.
  2. Choose "File" > "Reinstall Previous Purchases".

  What happens:
  * The main pane goes blank, except for a sort menu.
  * A traceback:
