Title:
Some interface widgets do not respond to input

Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
It sometimes suddenly happens that while the program is running it
loses the responsiveness to most of the keyboard and mouse input.

Parts of the interface which don't respond to input when this happens:
  Menus, tabs, columns, buttons.

Only interaction I can make is selecting processes with the mouse and
scrolling using the elevators (doesn't respond to mouse wheelie).

The program doesn't quit when I press Ctrl+Q nor when I press the
  window decorator x button.

  Thanks,
  Shahar
