[Bug 778020] Re: LibreOffice Writer opens in different workspace after being closed while maximized

Solution, rename in your home directory ".libreoffice" to another name
".libreoffice.original" open a writter document this will make a new
".libreoffice" directory but this time opens the document in the same
workspace.

Title:
LibreOffice Writer opens in different workspace after being closed
  while maximized

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

I've seen this with Calc too, but cannot consistently reproduce it.

  I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 x64 with Unity.

  Procedure to reproduce bug:
  1) Open Writer
  2) Maximize window (alt-F10)
  3) Quit Writer (ctrl-Q)
  4) Open Writer. Writer will open in adjacent workspace.

If you instead quit Writer when it is not maximized, it will open on
  the expected workspace.
