Title:
  mpeg4 video 640x480 becomes only with 320x240, sees only half picturet

Status in “totem” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: totem

  after update on 8.04 the mpeg4 files only with the half picture are
  represented. The video size with 320x240 recognized is however
  640x480. The Player is Totem.
