Title:
LightDM password box area doesn't expand, making the login screen look
pretty bad with long User Names

Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This is a Beta 1 test of the OEM install for 64bit Ubuntu. I'm
running on a VBox 64bit VM (in 2D apparently). Immediately after
doing an OEM install, I noticed on reboot that while the new login
screen for LightDM looks fantastic normally, in this case, it looks
  bad.

The box that contains the password entry does not expand to accomodate
  long user names.

So, in this case the full User Name set by default is "OEM
Configuration (temporary user)". On the initial boot, the name is so
long that it's superimposed over the options button in that box, and
the text runs outside the borders of the box and onto the rest of the
background. This just looks really bad.
