  Saved a PDF form with data, but unable to open this file in Windows

Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

  I downloaded a PDF file from internet that had fillable fields. After
  entering some data, I saved a copy of pdf. Then when tried to open
  this file from Windows, Adobe acrobat reader is unable to open this
  file.
