Title:
gnome-network-manager: Clicking "Apply System-Wide" requests password
seven (7!) times when clicking "Cancel"

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

  Ubuntu 10.10 dev, gnome-control-center 1:2.32.0-0ubuntu1.

In gnome-network-manager there is a button to apply the settings
system-wide. After clicking on it I get that "System policy prevents
..." dialog, requesting my password. If I click "Cancel" it asks again
six times, with sometimes even different dialogs!

This should be fixed. If I click "Cancel" I want to get back
immediately and not be asked again and again.
