  Assigning "toggle_on_all_workspaces" has no effect

Status in “gconf-editor” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gconf-editor

  Assigning a keyboard shortcut to "toggle_on_all_workspaces" has no
  effect on any window's behavior.

  It properly changes the entry in the keyboard shortcuts application,
  but no functional change results, and the windows' menu still offers
  the "Always on visible workspace" option as unselected no matter the
  number of times the assigned shortcut combination is attempted.
