[Bug 656000] Re: black color for tooltips looks horrible

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: metacity

  ambiance and radiance theme has black color tool-tips and they look
  horrible, it is not beautiful at all, so you should change color to
  gray which is a better color for a better desktop ui...

  you can see what i mean clearly when Firefox alert you about installing missing plug-in.. (1rst screen-shoot).
  you can see it too, when you mouse-over a contact in empathy (2nd screen-shoot)
