Title:
System hibernates once immediately following wakeup

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

When I receive a low battery warning that my system will hibernate in
one minute, I often finish what I am working on and save, taking 20
seconds. I then choose to hibernate from the power menu. Upon
recharging the battery and waking it up, I am taken to the "Please
enter password to wakeup" screen (despite having disabled needing
passwords on wakeup), and 2 seconds later my system hibernates again.
  A following wakeup works fine.

This is likely caused by the "force hibernation 50 seconds after low
battery is detected" timer not being canceled upon actually
  hibernating or waking up.
