  greeter-hide-users has no effect

Status in Unity Greeter:

Bug description:
  I added "greeter-hide-users=true" to my file
  "/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf" in order to hide all users when we're
  prompted for login. However, it has no effect. Users are still listed
  and visible.

  Here's what the file contains:

  [SeatDefaults]
  greeter-session=unity-greeter
  greeter-hide-users=true
  allow-guest=false
