gnome-control-center crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_create_instance()

Bug description:
There is a lot of crashes happening. I deleted my /home/user folder
and let the ubuntu create a new fresh one, I did it beacuse I though
that this cascade crashes must be minimised. But it not happened. I'm
using gnome-shell and after login I've tried cofigure date and time
and other things through the gnome-control-center. The gnome-control-
center failed and the crash message appears
