Hi Marcel,
thanks for your time in trying to solve this issue!
I find out that i can trigger this bug when i try to add a file located in a remote folder (in my case a SMB share) in either a local or a remote zip archive.

Bug description:
  Hi,
  in natty I was able to add files to a zip archive simply drag'n'dropping them on the zip file icon in nautilus (i.e. without open it with file-roller). It doesn't work anymore in oneric.
