[Bug 838129] Re: Failed to autoconnect to hidden SSID wireless network
Duplicate of 838126 - don't know how this happened - I've been having
difficulties with Launchpad today. As it (now) says on 838126, it's my
mistake - the new kernel was installed but didn't make it to grub.
Duplicated apology!

Title:
Failed to autoconnect to hidden SSID wireless network
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
#760015 is said to be fixed in 2.6.38.10 (but I never tried that) but
appears to have regressed in 2.6.38-11
I have circumvented the problem by copying /etc/NetworkManager/system-
connections/MySSID from 10.10 (kernel 2.6.32-33) to 11.04. (Note that
adding autoconnect=true to the 11.04 version of this file was not
sufficient.)
