Bug description:
I upgraded from Ubuntu 11.04 to the latest (as of August 30, 2011)
build of Ubuntu 11.10 via the terminal. I restarted the machine after
the process was complete. I entered my credentials to login, and once
my user profile loaded this error popped up with the option to submit
an error report. I seriously did nothing except login.
