OK. I installed inkscape just to see if it is affected and yes, it is:

lidex@dev-desktop:~$ inkscape
inkscape: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libgiomm-2.4.so.1: undefined symbol: g_time_zone_monitor_get_type
