[Bug 686528] Re: nautilus doesnt show number of items in folder of samba share
Its still an issue in Natty. Just open any samba location in Nautilus
and you won't see the number of files counts next to the folder. If you
do this locally you will see the number of files next to the folder.

Binary package hint: gvfs
Locally on I see the number of files in a folder in the size column.
If you go to a samba share there is no indication of the number of
files.
