  Failing to Restart after submitting a crash report

Bug description:
  Firefox 6.0 from http://ppa.launchpad.net/mozillateam/firefox-stable/ubuntu maverick main
  Ubuntu 10.10
  ------------------------

  When Firefox crashes, the crash report tool automatically loads.
  I have selected Firefox to restart upon completion of submitting the crash report
  The crash report submits successfully, the crash report tool closes, but Firefox does not restart
  I have to restart Firefox manually.
