[Bug 822822] Re: Wireless networking no longer supports > 1 setting for an access point
So, is this technically a Gnome issue and not an Ubuntu issue? I'd
really like to see this fixed as I use multiple profiles to get work
done quickly. Having to edit one profile over and over to change DNS
servers or IPs or whatever is a huge pain the butt. Suddenly it's like
I'm stuck working in Windows, where actual ease of use doesn't matter
only looking pretty.

Title:
Wireless networking no longer supports > 1 setting for an access point
Status in “jockey” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Up until Ubuntu 10.10, you could have more than 1 setting for a single
wireless access point. Now, while I can create those profiles, I no
longer can select anything but the first one. I would have made you
some pretty screen shots to show the difference, but neither ubuntu
10.10 nor 11.04 allow the prtscrn button to work when the network
modal selector is selected from the menu bar.
