Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  When LibreOffice is running, (Writer for sure, perhaps other modules)
  _sometimes_ while working the default launcher (Natty - Unity) will
  open and will not close while LibreOffice is active. Switching
  applications does not effect this, only closing (exiting) LibreOffice
  will close the launcher.
