Title:
[FFE] display avatar in the messaging menu (regression)

Status in “telepathy-indicator” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This is a feature regression since natty. When new messages are
received, the design spec states we should display the contact's
avatar if it is set. This change adds a build depends for
  libindicate-gtk.
