[Bug 839233] [NEW] gconf-editor missing disable_hibernate command

Users need a way to disable Hibernate.
This has traditionally been accomplished with gconf-editor by disabling
the command at: apps/gnome-power-manager/general/can_hibernate
this command is missing in Oneiric's gconf-editor
