Bug description:
  Lubuntu Quantal i386

  Originaly reported Bug #1050808 , and the retracing sevice bot claim:

  ****  outdated debug symbol package for initscripts: package version
  2.88dsf-13.10ubuntu13 dbgsym version 2.88dsf-13.10ubuntu11.1 ****

  Even with an updated system with fresh ddebs sources, there is no such dbgsym package about initscripts.
  Worst, if we try to report against initscripts, apport open a report about sysvinit. If its true, its not evident at first glance for an average user.

  That said, i'm still lost with bug #1050808, really cant find how to
  get the required traces. And the nightmare continue with Bug #1050828
