Title:
  Flash cannot be disabled

Status in flashplugin-nonfree package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Following a recent update, disabling Flash in Firefox has little effect as it simply re-enables itself within a couple of seconds.
Firefox also reports this to be Flash 9, when it should be Flash 10 - not sure if it is related.
