  title bar pop up menus corrupt display

Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  1. Right click on window title bar.

  What should happen:

  Menu with window management functions appears.

  What happens instead:

  A rectangle the size of the menu appears. It contains a copy of the
  window contents. It cannot be interacted with in any way, and always
  appears above normal windows. It cannot be removed from the screen and
  appears on all desktops.
