  System Settings should include a Screensaver

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  There is no Screensaver settings in System Settings. gnome-screensaver
  is installed and there is a Screen setting which allows you to define
  screen lock settings, but there is no default screensavers other than
  black screen.
