  unity launcher locks windows when minimized - cannot reopen them

Bug description:
  When I minimize a window to the side panel in will not unminimize (or
  open) when I click with the mouse.

  I unistalled nvidia-current and installed nouveau-firmware but to no
  avail.

  This taking place on a GEForce 210/218 nvidia card.
