Bug description:
Whenever I go and modify the settings involving the Screen (Lock,
Display, etc), such as changing the amount of time before turning off
the display to 1 hour or disabling the screen lock (in GNOME Control
Center, of course), the entire UI behaves like the attached
screenshot...
