[Bug 1245666] Re: Pidgin is creating zombies

 

I've the same issue which I can reproduce on my laptop.

1. Start system
2. Start pidgin
3. Let the laptop go to hibernate mode
4. Wakeup the laptop
5. Another instance of pidgin is zombie

Bug description:
  After upgrading to Kubuntu 13.10 pidgin is constantly creating new
  zombies.
