  glitch viewing svg

Status in librsvg package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  open any libreoffice icons in eog in /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/mimetypes/
  this shows phantom white rectangle rescaling at different zoom levels
  opening in browsers produces no glitch
