Campen, as per http://www.packardbell.co.uk/pb/en/GB/content/download an
update to your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (1.21).
If you update to this following
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?

If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Title:
  desktop freeze every 4 sec for 1 sec; shutdown get stucked

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Since I installed the new Ubuntuversion 14.04, my desktop freeze every few seconds for 1 second. In older Ubuntu Versions I have no problems, but since I upgrade from 13.10 I have the problem. I installed Ubuntu completly new, but its the same problem.
  Also when I want to shutdown my laptop, after "all processes terminated", it get stucked and show's somthing like "CPU#7 get stucked for 22sec (xorg:2080)" and nothing happend, then I must kill my Laptop by power button.
