Title:
  Cannot edit network connections

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have set my system up to use likewise-open for authentication
  (joining a Windows domain).

I logged in to my system as a domain user, this worked OK.

I added the domain user to the local admin group ('adduser me admin')

When logged in as this user I can use sudo and the like, so it seems
to recognize this account as an admin.

However, this user cannot edit network connections (wired or
wireless). The Edit and Delete buttons are disabled.
