Title:
Firefox uses wrong language. (not system language)

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

In Ubuntu menu: "System/Administration" - I use the "Language support" to configure my Ubuntu like:
Language is set to "English" , and "Display numbers/dates..." is set to "Norwegian"
(I want English system, with Norwegian regional settings, like time/date/paper formats and so on)

Firefox, as the only application, somehow messes it up, and displays all menus in Norwegian.
It may seem like it's reading wrong string from the config ?
Any other application appears (correctly) in English.

The bug 610697 *may* be the same bug, provided that the user uses
  different system language, and text-settings.
