  1) Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex

  3) I have two Panels on the bottom, first one includes the menu etc.
  second one shows open tasks. When I open the menu it should normally
  open the menu like it's doing normal and show the menu in front of
  everything else.

  4) When I open the menu and the mouse cursor is over an opened task it
  shows the thumbnail over the menu, so I can't see the menu anymore.
