  Shut Down menu item halts computer even if cancelled.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce bug:

  Select Shut Down... from Gnome Panel menu. Select Cancel on the
  subsequent dialogue.

  
  What should happen:

  The user should be returned to the desktop. The computer should not
  shut down.

  
  What actually happens:

  The computer immediately shuts down.

  
  gnome-panel version 1:3.8.0-1ubuntu12.2
  indicator-applet-complete version 12.10.2+14.04.20140403-0ubuntu1
  on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
