** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 585378
   Can't setup the print setup certain options of firefox. The Option for Page Setup doesn't have the option for setting headers and footers for all pages. The options are only available through print page and only for that page.

  Hi, ever since I upgraded to 9.0.1 in ubuntu 10.10, the header and footer has gone missing while printing.
  I need to print the date along with my content at the bottom of the page for office use.
