Bug description:
With Metacity I can righ-click on Gnome (fallback) panel and add
applets, but that doesn't work if I run compiz instead of Metacity.

DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10
Package: gnome-panel 1:3.2.0-0ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-12.20-generic 3.0.4

NonfreeKernelModules: openafs
ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu4
Architecture: i386
Date: Thu Nov 17 17:02:55 2011
InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - Release i386 (20111012)
ProcEnviron:
LANGUAGE=en_US:en
PATH=(custom, no user)
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
SHELL=/bin/bash
SourcePackage: gnome-panel
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
-----
Workaround:
Instead of holding Alt and right clicking to edit the panel, hold Alt+Super and right click. With the addition of the Super key, Compiz itself ignores the event.
