I can't confirm printing to a file and I don't have a printer to test on paper, could be the same issue than the one resolved with that commit though

  evince does not print mixed layout documents

Status in evince package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Having a PDF file with portrait and landscape pages intermixed in the
  document leads to page omission of the printed pages.

  Attached is a document that, when printed only prints the pages in
  portrait layout but the two pages (10-11) which are landscaped are
  printed as white sheets of paper.

  This phenomenon  is new, as I used to print mixed layout documents
  previously and successfully.
