  Update yelp homepage for new default help location

Status in “yelp” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The latest version of ubuntu-docs in oneiric (11.10.2) has changed the
  location of the default desktop yelp from ghelp:ubuntu-help to help
  :ubuntu-help. Yelp needs to be updated to reflect this.
