[Bug 1187804] Re: minimize application on gnome3 and loose it!
I have a related problem.
* Go to preferences, disable the tray icon.
* Close app.
* No tray icon, no app. But the process doesn't exit.
And starting multiple remmina process causes a SEGV.
Using the latest version...
v1.1.1-1+724+next+201503042231~ubuntu14.04.1

Title:
minimize application on gnome3 and loose it!
Status in remmina package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04
Codename: raring
ii ubuntu-gnome-desktop 0.11 amd64 The Ubuntu GNOME metapackage
ii remmina 1.0.0-4ubuntu2 amd64 remote desktop client for GNOME desktop environment
Behavior:
1. launch remmina
2. make a connection using RDP
3. minimize the connection
4. minimize the remmina app
Both minimize windows are lost forever. You cannot restore them from
anywhere. If you have a bottom bar enabled in Gnome3 (where minimize
applications can be clicked to be restored), you will see that #4 the
remmina window exists and then vanishes it as the minimize animation
finishes
Expected:
Minimizing should place the opened windows in the "Window list" or
similar where one can click on them to restore their use.
