[Bug 1360756] Re: The URI ‘help:ubuntu-help/index’ does not point to a valid page.
@Mark: That sounds like a MATE specific issue, related to an Ubuntu
version where MATE was not an official flavour. Does it exist a mate-
user-guide package, and do you have it installed? Probably you should
ask the MATE team for help.

command or from menu it shows
