  create rule "filter on sender" not smart enough

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:

Status in evolution package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  So I create a rule to filter mail from someone a while back.
  They changed mail addresses, so I repeated my actions, but evolution
  complained that there was already a rule with that name.

  Now, evolution named the new rule for me, so I think it should have
  chosen a unique name.
  Better yet though, would have been to allow me to edit the existing
  rule, with the new criterion added to it.
