  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: compiz

I enabled the "Screenshot" feature under extras in CompizConfig
Settings Manager with the default settings (no directory and no launch
  application blank).

I have taken numerous screenshots and I have tried disabling an
enabling the plugin again, but unfortunately the blue overlay is
  included in the screenshot.

  Please see screenshots attached.
