  Gedit missing exit, preferences and help

Bug description:
  Gedit is missing several menu items:

  The exit option under File is gone, there's only close which just closes my current tab.
  Preferences are missing from the Edit menu
  There is no help menu

  Description:	Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
  Release:	15.04
  gedit version: 3.10.4-0ubuntu8
  Using gnome-flashback (Metacity) for my current session.
