Any way of re-enable DRI3 without a custom driver to install  ?

Bug description:
  [Impact]
  from the upstream commit:

  "The external libraries, both in git, and especially shipping already
      enabled in distributions, are buggy and lead to server crashes and
      lockups. Caveat emptor."

  so disable it by default in vivid and utopic.

  [Test case]
  grep DRI3 /var/log/Xorg.0.log
  should not return anything
