Translations for system-config-printer come from Zanata. There is
absolutely no sense in having two translation sources: there has to be
one authoritative one.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Troubleshooting is not translated in French in system-config-printer
  GUI (Ubuntu 14.10 with system-config-printer 1.5.1) while all strings
