No, I installed xubuntu-desktop on top of Lubuntu 15.04 having bug
#1424362 and #1429531. This XFCE works w/o bugs since PolicyKit
Authentication Agent is ticked on by default. When manually ticking off,
these bugs also appear with XFCE DE. Meanwhile this installation has
crashed due to last night update and I will have to reinstall beta1
(daily do not work).

Bug description:
  users-admin cannot create a new user in Lubuntu. Nothing happens when
  I click on '+ Add user'

  I have tried from the menu and after that from a terminal window
  without and with [gk]sudo

  -o-

  It works to add a user with the CLI tool

  sudo adduser newuser
