  apport reports are not complete for filing bugs against linux-lts-
  utopic kernel

Bug description:
  When filing a bug with ubuntu-bug linux command on 14.04.2, it won't collect extra reports for attachment.
  Only Dependencies.txt and ProcEnviron.txt will be attached to the report. (See bug 1434442)
